Inspirad drivs av Sef H, som är personuppgiftsansvarig. Kontakt: sef.hayoti@proton.me. Inspirad är gratis, har inga konton och tjänar inga pengar.
Vilka uppgifter som behandlas
- Inga cookies och inget i din webbläsare. Sidan sätter inga cookies och sparar inget i webbläsarens lagring. Den hämtar bara sina egna filer.
- Teknisk drift hos Cloudflare. Sidan levereras av Cloudflare. När du besöker den behandlar Cloudflare tekniska uppgifter som IP-adress, webbläsare, tidpunkt och vilken sida som hämtades, för att leverera sidan och skydda den mot angrepp. Cloudflare sparar sådana loggar en begränsad tid enligt sina egna villkor. Inspirad sparar inga egna loggar.
- Besöksstatistik utan cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics räknar sidvisningar sammanlagt, till exempel antal besök och vilka länder de kommer från, utan cookies och utan att följa enskilda besökare.
- Ingen Google Analytics. Om det läggs till i framtiden frågar vi om ditt samtycke först.
- E-post. Om du mejlar oss används ditt mejl bara för att svara, och raderas när ärendet är klart.
Rättslig grund
Den tekniska behandlingen hos Cloudflare och statistiken bygger på berättigat intresse (artikel 6.1 f i dataskyddsförordningen): att kunna leverera en säker och fungerande webbplats och förstå hur mycket den används.
Mottagare och överföring utanför EU
Cloudflare, Inc. är personuppgiftsbiträde och har sitt huvudkontor i USA. Överföringen skyddas av EU:s och USA:s ramverk för dataskydd (EU–US Data Privacy Framework), som Cloudflare är certifierat enligt, och av EU-kommissionens standardavtalsklausuler i Cloudflares personuppgiftsbiträdesavtal.
Personer i trendlistorna
Trendlistorna kommer från offentliga källor som Google Trends, Wikipedia, X och Reddit och kan nämna kända personer. Vi väljer bort privatpersoner, brott och olyckor. Om du förekommer och vill bli borttagen, mejla oss.
Dina rättigheter
Du har rätt att få veta vilka uppgifter om dig som behandlas, få dem rättade eller raderade, begränsa eller invända mot behandlingen. Mejla sef.hayoti@proton.me. Du kan också klaga hos Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (imy.se).
AI-genererade texter
Trendkort, sammanfattningar och nyhetstexter skrivs med AI (Claude från Anthropic) utifrån de källor som anges vid varje text, och publiceras automatiskt utan manuell granskning. Siffror och listor hämtas direkt från källorna. Kontrollera viktiga uppgifter i källan innan du agerar på dem. Hittar du ett fel, mejla oss så rättar vi det.
Annonser och upphovsrätt – borttagning
Annonserna på Inspirad visas som små förhandsbilder och korta utdrag, med annonsören angiven och en länk till plattformens eget annonsbibliotek, i syfte att analysera och jämföra marknadsföring. Rättigheterna tillhör annonsörerna och deras byråer.
Är du rättighetshavare och vill att en annons tas bort? Mejla sef.hayoti@proton.me med en länk till annonsen eller annonsörens namn. Vi tar bort den inom en vecka och ser till att den inte kommer tillbaka vid nästa uppdatering.

Who is responsible
Inspirad is run by Sef H, who is the data controller. Contact: sef.hayoti@proton.me. Inspirad is free, has no accounts and makes no money.
What data is processed
- No cookies and nothing in your browser. The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in browser storage. It only loads its own files.
- Hosting by Cloudflare. The site is delivered by Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser, time and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Cloudflare keeps such logs for a limited time under its own terms. Inspirad keeps no logs of its own.
- Cookieless visitor statistics. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views in aggregate, such as the number of visits and the countries they come from, without cookies and without tracking individual visitors.
- No Google Analytics. If it is added in future, we will ask for your consent first.
- Email. If you email us, your message is only used to reply and is deleted when the matter is closed.
Legal basis
Cloudflare's technical processing and the statistics are based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): delivering a secure, working website and understanding how much it is used.
Recipients and transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare, Inc. is our processor and is headquartered in the United States. The transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, and by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses in Cloudflare's data processing agreement.
People in the trend lists
The trend lists come from public sources such as Google Trends, Wikipedia, X and Reddit and may mention well-known people. We leave out private individuals, crime and accidents. If you appear and want to be removed, email us.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data about you is processed, to have it corrected or erased, and to restrict or object to the processing. Email sef.hayoti@proton.me. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se).
AI-generated texts
Trend cards, summaries and news texts are written with AI (Claude by Anthropic) from the sources named with each text, and are published automatically without manual review. Numbers and lists come straight from the sources. Check important details in the source before acting on them. If you find a mistake, email us and we will correct it.
Ads and copyright – removal requests
Ads on Inspirad are shown as small previews and short excerpts, with the advertiser named and a link to the platform's own ad library, to analyse and compare marketing. The rights belong to the advertisers and their agencies.
Are you a rights holder and want an ad removed? Email sef.hayoti@proton.me with a link to the ad or the advertiser's name. We will remove it within a week and make sure it does not come back with the next update.
